Taiwanese technology company imCore Corp. unveiled Core Studio, a comprehensive AI filmmaking platform, at the Taiwan Creative Content Fest (TCCF) in Taipei on Saturday. The platform covers the entire production process, from script development and storyboarding through to image generation, editing and color grading.
A Platform Built for Professional Filmmakers
imCore’s team has a background in animation and visual effects. Core Studio runs on the company’s own in-house image-generation model and also supports external generative AI tools. Because it follows standard filmmaking workflows, creators can manage multiple production stages in one place rather than switching between separate applications.

Charles Lee, founder and CEO of imCore Corp. and founder of TWR Entertainment, explained the thinking behind the platform. “Our team understands that professional creators need more than just image-generation tools,” he said. “Core Studio was developed around the needs of frontline film professionals, transforming years of production expertise into an AI-powered platform that provides more comprehensive creative support for filmmakers.”
The launch attracted notable guests, including Erica Wang, CEO of TAICCA, the agency that organizes TCCF. Representatives from the Taipei Film Commission, strategic partners, filmmakers and AI industry professionals also attended.
More Than 24 AI Agents Form a Virtual Production Crew
At the heart of Core Studio is a set of more than 24 specialized AI agents. Together, they function as a virtual production crew. They handle story development, asset generation, visual effects, editing and color grading. imCore positions these agents as a way to reduce the technical barriers of AI-assisted filmmaking.
For pre-production, the platform’s Story Atlas tool breaks an imported script into scenes, shots and storyboards. It also establishes character designs, costumes, props and voice profiles, keeping them consistent across sequences.
In addition, every AI-generated output includes a detailed record of the models, prompts, parameters, costs and human review results involved. Production teams can therefore track creative decisions and monitor budgets throughout a project.
Image Processing and Collaborative Workspace
Core Studio also features Real Engine, a suite that combines three image-processing tools: Real Video, Real HDR and Real Revive. These tools sharpen image detail, increase color depth from 8-bit to 16-bit and correct blown-out highlights in AI-generated footage.
Furthermore, the platform includes a cloud workspace with real-time communication, version control and access management. This allows teams across different countries to collaborate on the same project simultaneously.
At the launch event, four creators presented AI-assisted projects produced using the platform. Among them was Jerry Zhou, creator of “God Being.” Zhou highlighted the platform’s editing capabilities. “There are many agents on the editing page that can help with sound effects,” he said. “I can separate the sound effects and dialogue from AI-generated footage and make detailed adjustments. This gives me more flexibility and creative space, allowing me to work more comfortably as a creator.”
Core Studio’s debut at TCCF marks a significant step for imCore Corp. as it positions the platform as a serious tool for professional film production in the AI era.
