In many cases, business visitors in Canada does not require a work permit in Canada. Basically, they need to show the following:
- They are planning to stay less than 6 months old,
- They are not planning to enter the Labor Market in Canada,
- The main business location, income and profit source are outside Canada.
- They have a document that supports their demands,
- Has a real tourist document such as a passport,
- Go home with enough money for their stay,
- Plan to leave Canada at the end of their visit,
- They do not damage safety, or health for Canadians.
Reasons to come to Canada for a business visit include:
- Attend business meetings, conferences, conferences, trade shows, etc.
- Purchasing Canadian goods or services on behalf of a foreign corporation.
- Receive orders for goods or services.
- Provide after-sales service, except for the practical work related to building specialties.
- Complete training with the Canadian parent company to work outside of Canada. and
- Training of employees of a Canadian branch of a foreign company.
Business visitors to Canada may require a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) or Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).
